At EVC we are genuine about supporting our local community as well as further afield.
Locally, we work with local companies where possible as well as promoting local companies.
We have been providing sponsorship to Michael Sherwell Racing, a local business owner who has taken up racing in recent years. EVC sponsors the team which includes the Toyota 86 and Aussie Race Car.
We are about life-work balance to promote the best outcomes for our people. By sponsoring a local organization, Michael Sherwell Racing, we are able to give back to our staff by providing incredible experiences.
Our team attended the Michael Sherwell Racing Day at Wakefield Park in 2022 to support the Racing team but were also treated to Hot Laps with Michael as well as an opportunity to learn to drive race cars around the track. This event was a great team bonding opportunity where the staff was able to have some fun, but also to support each other in the incredible experiences.
We are continuing our support of Michael Sherwell Racing and will be attending the Newcastle 500, another local event. Our staff and clients will get to meet face-to-face which will further enhance our relationships with our great team.
